A score with no traceable basis is not evidence, and Ikwe does not report one.
What you receive is a documented, traceable record of what the system did, from an outside measurer, that can be produced on request. Every finding names the conversation, the turn, the behavior that fell short, and the transcript around it. The record is time-stamped and cannot be edited after the fact. That is what makes it worth producing.
Whether it satisfies a particular obligation is a determination for you and for the body asking. We describe what happened. You decide what it means.

If a matter is live
An engagement can be scoped with counsel from the start — what is produced, how work product is handled, and the timeline the matter requires. Start through the contact page and say counsel is involved.
If the AI is a vendor’s
A Measure engagement can be commissioned by the buyer and run on the system being bought, as part of vendor risk review. Same instrument, same report, commissioned by the buyer rather than the builder.
Backdated history counts
The conversation audit scores thirty to sixty days of real history that already exists. Nothing waits on collection. It does wait on a data agreement.
Nobody has proven causation
And our argument does not require it. The question food safety learned to ask is not did you cause this but were you following the standard, and can you show it.

Between a conversation and a specific harm outcome. Nobody can. A report documents behavior against a standard; it does not establish that the behavior caused an injury.

Ikwe holds no regulatory designation or accreditation, and none exists for this yet. Supporting evidence, not a seal.
The instrument has not published its reliability yet
The score bands were set by the rubric’s authors and have not been through a formal standard-setting procedure. A pre-registered study is under way and will be published whichever way it comes out. What is reviewed and what is not is stated on the research page.
