Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing ikwe.ai or engaging services from Visible Healing Inc. ("Ikwe," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Ikwe.ai provides AI behavioral risk evaluations, related scoped engagements, and research materials. Our services include Assessment, Audit, and Monitoring, as well as research materials available on request. Ikwe.ai assesses and reports; it does not modify, filter, or intervene in the operation of any evaluated system, and remediation is performed by the contracting organization.

Audit Deliverables

Audit reports and scored results are delivered to the contracting organization and represent our assessment at the time of evaluation. AI systems evolve continuously; audit findings reflect a point-in-time evaluation, not an ongoing guarantee of safety compliance.

Audit deliverables are confidential to the purchasing organization unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Sample material on our site is either clearly labeled as illustrative, or published with written permission.

Payments

Evaluation engagements are invoiced according to the scope agreement. Payment, refund and cancellation terms are set out in each engagement agreement.

Refund terms are governed by the individual engagement agreement. Questions can be sent to hello@ikwe.ai.

Intellectual Property

All research, methodologies, benchmark frameworks, and scoring rubrics are the intellectual property of Visible Healing Inc. You may cite our released research materials with proper attribution (see our Citation Guide (request)).

Audit deliverables become the property of the purchasing organization upon delivery. We do not publish or share client-identifying information or engagement findings without written permission. We may describe the kinds of services we offer in general terms.

Limitation of Liability

Ikwe.ai provides risk assessment and safety evaluation services. We are not liable for decisions made based on our findings, nor do we guarantee that any change made in response to them will eliminate all risk. Ikwe.ai does not advise on remediation. AI safety is an evolving field; our assessments represent current best practice, not absolute assurance.

Not a Clinical Service

Ikwe.ai is not a clinical, therapeutic, or crisis intervention service. Our research involves synthetic scenarios and does not involve real users in distress. We do not provide counseling, diagnosis, or emergency services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
