Overview

Ikwe.ai is operated by Visible Healing Inc. (dba Ikwe.ai), a US-based company in Iowa operating globally. We take privacy seriously for both site users and the organizations we support. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Site visitors: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and collects information including your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view and the site that referred you. We use it to see aggregate traffic patterns, not to identify individual visitors. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy, and you can block it with any standard browser or extension control.

Inquiry form submissions: When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, email, organization, role, and the details you provide about your AI system. Submissions are transmitted to and stored in our business systems, provided by Google Workspace, and are used solely to reply to you and to scope and deliver engagements.

Monitoring

Assessment and Audit engagements run on anonymized inputs and outputs from your system. Monitoring processes your live, anonymized traffic on a continuing basis for the duration of the subscription. In every case we receive no user identities, no codebase and no system prompt. Transcript excerpts appear in the reports we deliver to you, and you own every record we produce. Retention and deletion of engagement data are set out in each engagement agreement.

How We Use Your Data

We use contact information to respond to inquiries and deliver audit services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. We do not run advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are processed and stored within Google Workspace. Audit deliverables are shared through secure, access-controlled channels. We retain inquiry data for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@ikwe.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Research Data

Our research (EQ Safety Benchmark) uses only aggregate, anonymized data. No individual user responses are identifiable in any released findings. Scenario prompts are synthetic, they do not contain real user data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: our hosting provider, Google Analytics (site analytics), Google Workspace (form processing and inquiry storage), and GitHub (source code). Each has its own privacy policy.

Not a Clinical Service

Ikwe.ai is not a clinical, therapeutic, or crisis service. We do not collect health data. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
