By accessing ikwe.ai or engaging services from Visible Healing Inc. ("Ikwe," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ikwe.ai provides AI behavioral risk evaluations, governance assessments, and research materials. Our services include Level I — EQSB Benchmark Run, followed by Level II — Remediation & Risk Reduction and Level III — Annual Monitoring Program, as well as published research and request-based materials.
Audit reports, scorecards, and action plans are delivered to the contracting organization and represent our assessment at the time of evaluation. AI systems evolve continuously; audit findings reflect a point-in-time evaluation, not an ongoing guarantee of safety compliance.
Audit deliverables are confidential to the purchasing organization unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Redacted samples on our site are published with permission.
Evaluation engagements are invoiced according to the scope agreement, typically 50% upon engagement start and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise specified in writing.

All research, methodologies, benchmark frameworks, and scoring rubrics are the intellectual property of Visible Healing Inc. You may cite our published research with proper attribution (see our Citation Guide (request)).
Audit deliverables become the property of the purchasing organization upon delivery. We retain the right to reference engagement types and aggregate findings (without identifying details) in our marketing and research.
Ikwe.ai provides risk assessment and safety evaluation services. We are not liable for decisions made based on our findings, nor do we guarantee that implementing our recommendations will eliminate all risk. AI safety is an evolving field; our assessments represent current best practice, not absolute assurance.
Ikwe.ai is not a clinical, therapeutic, or crisis intervention service. Our research involves synthetic scenarios and does not involve real users in distress. We do not provide counseling, diagnosis, or emergency services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
