Ikwe.ai is operated by Visible Healing Inc. (dba Ikwe.ai), a US-based company in Iowa operating globally. We take privacy seriously for both site users and the organizations we support. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Site visitors: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not collect personal data. We see aggregate page views and referral sources only.
Inquiry form submissions: When you submit the audit intake form, we collect your name, email, company, role, and the details you provide about your AI system. This data is stored securely via Netlify Forms and used solely to scope and deliver audit engagements.
Audit engagements: During managed audits, we may interact with your AI systems to evaluate behavioral safety. We do not store end-user data from your systems. Audit findings are shared only with the contracting organization.
We use contact information to respond to inquiries and deliver audit services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. We do not run advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Form submissions are processed through Netlify (hosted in the US). Audit deliverables are shared through secure, access-controlled channels. We retain inquiry data for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing stephanie@ikwe.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Our published research (EQ Safety Benchmark) uses only aggregate, anonymized data. No individual user responses are identifiable in any published findings. Scenario prompts are synthetic — they do not contain real user data.
We use the following third-party services: Netlify (hosting and forms), Plausible (privacy-first analytics), Stripe (payment processing for audit products), and GitHub (source code). Each has its own privacy policy.
Ikwe.ai is not a clinical, therapeutic, or crisis service. We do not collect health data. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
