Research Access Terms
Last updated: July 26, 2026. These terms are issued by Visible Healing Inc. (dba Ikwe.ai). These terms govern access to Ikwe research deliverables, methodology documents, and gated materials.
Scope: Access supports institutional review, peer validation, and diligence. Access does not transfer ownership, implementation rights, or license rights.
1. Ownership
All research materials, frameworks, methodologies, scoring systems, model taxonomies, benchmark outputs, and related derivatives are owned by Visible Healing Inc. (dba Ikwe.ai). All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted in a separate written agreement.
2. Permitted Use
Approved use includes academic or professional review, methodological critique, peer validation, institutional evaluation, and quotation of short excerpts with attribution.
3. Prohibited Use
- Reverse engineering proprietary methodologies, scoring logic, or restricted technical documentation.
- Derivative implementation of Ikwe methods without written permission.
- Redistribution of gated materials.
- Commercial use of restricted deliverables without a signed agreement.
Nothing in this section restricts using the materials to attempt replication or independent validation of Ikwe's published findings for scholarly purposes, or publishing the results of that validation, whether favorable or not.
4. Disclosure Model
Research materials are disclosed through public and restricted access paths. Each access level carries specific limits and terms.
5. Citation and Attribution
Citations must follow the Ikwe Citation Guide (request). Citation permission does not authorize republication of full gated documents.
6. No Clinical, Legal, or Medical Advice
Research materials are informational and research-oriented. They are not legal advice, medical advice, clinical guidance, or emergency response services.
7. Access Controls and Enforcement
Ikwe may log deliverable access, revoke access for misuse, and pursue legal remedies for IP misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or unauthorized derivative implementation.
